Polad Texno wins investment contest for AZN 64 million

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. Polad Texno LLC has become the owner of Sumqayit Superfosfat OJSC.

The State Committee for Property Affairs informs that Polad Texno became the winner of the previously-declared investment contest.

"In accord with conditions of the investment tender, a purchase & sale deal was concluded on 24 April. Total cost of the investment program is AZN 64 million. The winner will transfer AZN 8 million to the State Budget, cover the debts for AZN 2.2 million to the State Social Protection Fund, and pay salaries to employees in the amount of AZN 260.6 million," the Committee reported.
