April 15, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate of Atrabank (under liquidation by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund) will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center at 11 am on 11 May 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the property consists of a private residential building located at address: Ganja city, Nizami district, Mirza Alekper Sabir Street, 16 (total area 120.2 sq m).

The initial sale price of the property is 150,000 manats. A deposit of 5% of the sale price must be transferred to the auction organization. The purchase price must be paid at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days.

To participate in the open auction, the following documents are required: an identity card of an individual and constituent documents of a legal entity.
