April 22, Fineko/abc.az. Persons working in the field of civil aviation and under difficult working conditions will be able to retire earlier.

This matter is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Labor Pensions.

ABC.AZ reports that when commenting on the occasion, MP Malahat Ibrahimgizi said that people working in these spheres have repeatedly applied in connection with changes in the appointment of pensions.

"The state will take measures in connection with the assignment of pensions to persons working in these spheres. At the retirement of civil aviation workers and workers working in difficult working conditions, there were both requirements for pension capital, and a requirement for 25-year experience, as well as an age requirement. In some cases, people from this category could not accumulate pension capital during this period. In view of this, such persons could not receive the necessary pension under the appropriate circumstances. Now these requirements are being eliminated," the MP said.
