Because for the first time, Azerbaijanis from all over the world gather after a historic victory, hold a Congress, and in general, the word "Victory" is very suitable for our people."

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated this during his speech at the 5th Congress of Azerbaijanis of the World in Shusha.

He said: "You came here on the Victory Road, the Congress is also called the Victory Congress. Now Victory museums are being built in various parts of the country, primarily in the liberated territories."
