April 29, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy will hold the next auction on privatization of state property objects on 10 May.

15 small state-owned enterprises and facilities, 1 unfinished building will be put up for auction, ABC.AZ with reference to the Ministry.

Small state-run enterprises and facilities are located in Ganja, Lankaran, Shamkir, Balakan and other districts.

These objects belong to the service sector, industry. The total usable area of the property varies from 16 sq m to 9,298 sq m.

The highest initial price is assigned to the Qubus Hotel (AZN 9.1 million), located in the city of Balaken, owned by SOCAR.
