Inflation has increased in Turkey – prices for some goods have risen

May 5, Fineko/abc.az. In April 2022, annual inflation in Turkey was 69.97%, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the report of the Statistical Committee of Turkey.

According to the report, inflation grew by 7.25% versus March and by 31.71% since last December.

Most of all, the rise in prices was observed in the sphere of transport services (105.86%), foods (89.1%) and furniture (77.64%).

In March, annual inflation was 61.1%.
