Demolition of Khrushchevka houses under start in Yasamal district of Baku

May 11, Fineko/abc.az. Demolition of buildings located at the intersection of A.M.Sharifzade and I.Talibli streets in Yasamal district of Baku has begun. Construction of a residential and non-residential building on the site of the currently demolished Khrushchevka houses (3- to 5-storied apartment buildings of 1950s and '60s).

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed by residents living on the territory.

Chief architect of the Yasamal district executive power, Eyvaz Bagirov, said that several buildings will be demolished in stages on this territory.
