Oil rises in value, and Brent is at $109.44 a barrel

May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Friday’s trading.

By 09:23 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the July’s Brent crude futures rose by $1.99 (1.85%) up to $109.44 per barrel. Following the trading on 12 May, the price of July’s Brent crude futures decreased by $0.06 (0.06%) to $107.45 per barrel.

By 09:23 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the June’s WTI oil futures grew in price by $1.60 (1.51%) up to $107.73 per barrel. Following the trading on 12 May, the price of WTI oil futures for June increased by $0.42 (0.40%) up to $106.13 per barrel.
