Criminal case initiated against five companies – rice market under investigation

May 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision under the Ministry of Economy conducts research on the rice market.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service that the investigation revealed the signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation by SUN FOOD LLC, Xudaferin-1 LLC, Food XXI LLC, Elsaan Group LLC, Veyseloglu LLC, firm Babek and other business entities. The case will be considered on 23 May 2022.

Violation of the law is associated with signs of violation of the requirements of Paragraphs 4 and 7 of Article 8 and Paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law on Antimonopoly Activity.
