Cases when employment contract of deceased persons to be terminated

May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan determines the procedure for termination of an employment contract with missing or deceased employees.

Thus, the draft amendment to the Labor Code in this regard was discussed in 3rd reading at today's Milli Majlis session.

ABC.AZ informs that the amendment of the employment contract will be terminated on the basis of a court order that has entered into force declaring the employee missing or deceased.

The amendment was put to the vote and adopted in 3rd reading.
