22 settlements to be built in Karabakh region

May 17, Fineko/abc.az. 22 settlements are to be constructed in Karabakh.
ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the start of design work was given.
These populated localities were not chosen for restoration by chance. Ilgar Isbatov, deputy chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, says that these settlements were chosen in such a way as to be in close proximity to the main lines of transport vehicles being reconstructed and planned in the liberated territories, and engineering communications. 
"Each village has its own historical features. This should definitely be taken into account," he stressed.
