May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of Baku - Russian border highway to be used as the first toll highway in Azerbaijan will be completed by the end of this year, ABC.AZ was informed by Anar Najafli, spokesman of the State Agency of Highways of Azerbaijan.

Construction work is currently underway in full.

"The length of the road is 150 km. Construction works are ongoing on the territory. In addition, turnstiles are installed on the territory. Turnstiles have already been installed in some parts, checkpoints have been set up. By the end of the year, all work on the construction and installation of the road will be completed, and it will be put into operation," Najafli said.
