YouTube deleted 9,000 channels


May 23, Fineko/ YouTube deleted more than 70,000 videos and 9,000 channels related to the war in Ukraine.

ABC.AZ reports that the materials were removed for violating the rules of the platform.

Neil Mohan, the director of video service products, said that the platform constantly takes an appropriate position in relation to channels that allow such nuances.

"The first and probably the most important duty is to make sure that people who are looking for information about this event can get accurate, high-quality and reliable information on YouTube," Mohan emphasized.
