May 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The BSE reports that he bonds issue with ISIN-code AZ0105008699 for AZN 30 million with circulation term of 728 days has been placed today.

The eight investors submitted 20 orders for AZN 76.006 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 94.7422 for the bond (annual yield claim: 9.25%) to AZN 100.00 (8%).

In accord with Finance Ministry’s decision the cut–off price was set at the level of AZN 97.7643 (yield: 9.25%) and weighted average price at AZN 98.8814 (8.6208%). As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 30 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 12 May 2020.
