May 25, Fineko/abc.az. Taxis occupy bus stops, in particular, during peak hours of the day in a number of districts of Baku. As a result, there are both delays in the intervals of shuttle buses and inconveniences for passengers.

A similar situation is developing at the stops located near metro station Neftchilar, ABC.AZ reports.

Chief Inspector of the Baku City State Traffic Police Department, Araz Askerov, said that parking of vehicles in places not provided for this, including bus stops, is an administrative offense.

He did not rule out that regular measures are taken against such cases and in this case drivers may be fined 40 manats.

As a way out of the problem, the creation of taxi companies is proposed. However, it is not yet known when this will happen.
