Home Finance transformed into NBCO

May 26, Fineko/abc.az. Financial-oriented company Home Finance LLC, established last year in Azerbaijan, is being transformed into a credit institution.

ABC.AZ reports that now Home Finance LLC has been transformed into non-bank credit organization Home Finance LLC.

The legal representative of NBCO Home Finance LLC is Vugar Amrakhov. After the transformation of the company into an NBCO, its authorized capital was increased from 20 manats to 310,000 manats. The minimum requirement from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan for the authorized capital is currently 300,000 manats.

This NBCO has not yet received a license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
