June 1, Fineko/abc.az. Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has informed about EU’s plans to ban the purchase of oil from Russia to third countries.

ABC.AZ reports that the PM has already stated that the EU has plans on the occasion.

"Poland and more and more EU countries are talking loudly about so-called secondary sanctions. Firstly, it is the possibility of imposing sanctions in such a way that Russian oil cannot also be sold to third countries, to countries outside the EU," Morawiecki said.

Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron said that the EU expects to reduce Russian oil exports by 92% by the end of 2022.
