Ministry’s expert: Chances of getting monkey pox virus into our country increase

June 8, Fineko/abc.az: "If there are cases of infection with the monkey pox virus in neighboring countries with Azerbaijan, it means that the threat is approaching our country as well."

ABC.AZ reports that Health Ministry’s expert Laman Galimova informed TV channel ARB-24.

The expert added that it would be better for the population to use masks during the flight and in other crowded places: "Since the ban has been lifted, people feel free. Masks are not used at all. But we should know that if this virus is found in a country bordering us, then the chances of its getting into our country have increased."
