May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The CIS Rail Transport Council is holding its 68-e session in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on 17-18 Mayş

Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) informs that the event is attended by a delegation led by ADY chair Javid Gurbanov.

"During the meeting the parties discussed the matters of implementation of decisions of the 67th meeting of the Council and the results of operational work of the railway network for 2017 and 1st quarter of 2018, the results of work of passenger transport in international traffic for 2017 and 1st quarter of 2018, the standards of the schedule of trains for 2018/19, the results of the census of containers in 2017 and preparation for the census of freight cars in 2018, the state of mutual settlements between railway administrations in 2017 and 1st quarter of 2018," ADY saidş

At the end of the event the side will sign the Final Protocol.

Azerbaijan Railways has been a member of the Council since 1992.
