June 17, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of the competitions held in 2021 within the “State Program for improving the international competitiveness of the higher education system in Azerbaijan for 2019-23”, 93 people received the right to study in priority specialties in leading higher education institutions included in Top 500 of international rating tables (Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Academic Ranking of World Universities) at the expense of the state.

ABC.AZ was informed at according to the Ministry of Education, 124 doctoral students are currently studying in 6 priority specialties within the framework of the state program in 62 prestigious higher educational institutions of 20 countries of the world.
