Average monthly nominal salary of civil servants unveiled

June 20, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 January 2022, the number of civil servants in the country amounted to 26,700 people.

ABC.AZ reports that 2.5% of civil servants were persons under the age of 25, 13.3% – aged 25-29 years, 17.3% – aged 30-34 years, 15.1% – 35-39 years, 12.2% – 40-44 years, 9.3% – 45-49 years, 8.7% – 50-54 years, 10.4% are 55-59 years old, 9.6% are 60-64 years old and 1.6% are 65 years old and older. The average monthly nominal salary of civil servants in 2021 increased by 4.8% (versus the previous year) up to 1,274.1 manats.
