Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $109.73 a barrel

June 23, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades keep on falling in Thursday's trading.

At the London ICE Futures Exchange the August’s Brent crude futures fell by $2.01 (1.80%) to $109.73 per barrel by 09:13 am. Following the trading on 22 June, the price of August’s Brent crude futures fell by $2.91 (2.54%) to $111.74 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the August’s WTI oil futures decreased in price by $2.11 (1.99%) to $104.08 per barrel by 09:14. Following the trading on 22 June, the price of WTI oil futures for August slumped by $3.33 (3.04%) to $106.19 per barrel.
