Lavrov: Armenian side ready for negotiations

ABC.AZ reports that Russian FM Sergey Lavrov stated about this during his meeting with the Azerbaijani leader on 23 June.

“We’re ready to help here with the consent of Azerbaijan and Armenia,” the minister added.
