The yacht of arrested Russian billionaire to be put up for auction


June 28, Fineko/ The Supreme Court of Gibraltar has ruled on the sale of the Axioma superyacht of Russian billionaire Dmitry Pumpyansky at auction, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Forbes.

The authorities of Gibraltar arrested the yacht in March.

It is noted that the yacht could have been arrested in the interests of creditors. According to the publication, Pumpyansky bought Axioma for $68.84 million.

Dmitry Pumpyansky was sanctioned by the EU on 9 March, and the next day he left the beneficiaries and the board of directors of the Pipe Metallurgical Company, which owns 90.6% of the shares.
