Turbo.az owner's fortune declined by $1 bn

June 28, Fineko/abc.az. The fortune of billionaire Mikhail Lomtadze, the owner of the 4 most visited Internet sites in Azerbaijan - turbo.az, tap.az, boss.az and bina.az, has decreased by $1 bn last year, ABC.AZ reports with reference to well-known portal forbes.com.

46-year-old Mikhail Lomtadze, a citizen of Georgia, is one of the main shareholders of one of the largest companies in Kazakhstan Kaspi.kz. Lomtadze also controls 23% of the shares of Kaspi Bank, one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan.

A report published by Forbes for 2021 (May) indicated that Mikhail Lomtadze's fortune amounted to $3.2 bn. In last year's list, Lomtadze took 12th place among the richest people in Kazakhstan.
