July 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Shusha City State Reserve Administration has announced an open tender procedure for the construction of the remaining 15 buildings of a residential complex of 23 buildings.

ABC.AZ reports that companies with the appropriate license and experience in the construction sector, as well as material and technical base are invited to participate in the tender. 15 buildings will be 3-5 storeys high, provided with parking lots and comply with the Shusha City Master Plan.

Companies can send legal documents to the Shusha Administration until 9 August 2022, and an offer and documents to secure the offer until 18 August 2022.

On 23 June, the winner of the tender for the construction of 8 residential buildings within the construction in the city of Shusha was announced to the public.
