Central Bank has sued TƏBIB

July 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has appealed to the court against public legal entity "Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units" (TƏBIB).

ABC.AZ reports that the Central Bank has drawn up a penalty protocol under Article 430.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences against TƏBIB. This article is a violation of the rules of currency regulation in the CAP. 

Thus, for non-return of foreign currency funds paid from abroad in cases when, in exchange for foreign currency funds paid in advance, the relevant goods were not imported, work was not done or services were not rendered within the time limits established by law, entails the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 10 to 20 percent of the amount of foreign currency funds that became direct the object of administrative misconduct, for legal entities in the amount of 20 to 30 percent of the amount of foreign currency funds that have become the object of administrative misconduct.
