Number of passengers using Heydar Aliyev Airport published

July 13, Fineko/abc.az. Since the beginning of this year, the total passenger traffic at Azerbaijan's international airports has exceeded 2 million people, ABC.AZ was informed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport. 

This June alone, 530,000 people were served at airports (96% of the indicator of 2019, before the pandemic). Since the beginning of the year, air carriers AZAL and Buta Airways, based at the Heydar Aliyev Airport, have transported 618,000 and 201,000 passengers, respectively. Of them, 457,000 people are passengers of international flights and make up 36% of the total international traffic.
