Thanks to experience accumulated for 15-year activity, ASPI Consulting Engineers Inc. in collaboration with the National Engineering Consultancy Society (NECSA/FIDIC) has prepared a report - “National Infrastructure Development: Review and Future Directions”.

The report was made in compliance with the recommendations to the Azerbaijani government prepared within the framework of infrastructure projects financed by World Bank and other continental development banks in 1996-2009. It contains overview, general statistics, feasibility and financial assessment of investment projects on key sectors of infrastructure, and efficiency of their realization. For the first time it was given thorough analysis with taking into account such integrated indicators as GDP Impact Infrastructure Index, Agency Costs Index, Productivity Index and Technological Innovation Index/R&DI.
