New leasing company, Qarant Lizinq, to appear in Azerbaijan
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The market of leasing services of Azerbaijan keeps on expanding.
Vagif Hasanov, the chairman of board of Qarant Sigorta, said that a new leasing company is to appear soon at the domestic market and Qarant Sigorta will be one of its shareholders.
“Now Qarant Lizinq is passing state registration and I think the process is to finish soon,” Hasanov said.
Two resident legal entities of Azerbaijan are to in Qarant Lizinq shareholder ranks.
Qarant Sigorta was licensed for insurance activity on November 27, 2007. Its charter capital was paid by AZN 1 million and its major shareholder is ZQAN Holdinq, to become most likely one of the Qarant Lizinq shareholders.
