In Azerbaijan the results of realization of curriculum for  national minorities from the country’s various regions were summed up within the frames  of the project Despite that We are Different - We are Together, being conducted by the Education Youth Centre at financial support of the European Youth Fund.

Director of the Education Youth Centre Vusal Guliyev said that training took place within the frames of the project in Baku from 19 to 26 August 2009.

25 persons, referring  to the various  groups of national minorities took part in the training.

“The project aimed at promoting  the role of young people, to the national minorities, in development of society, drawing up of projects and management, teaching development leader abilities and etc. Teaching was completed today,” V.Guliyev said.

Within the frames of teaching,  for national minorities, the conditions were created for presentation of their culture as well as for conducting of the cultural programs. Certificates were issued to the young people, which finished successfully the course.  The project  was launched last month
