Baku, Fineko/abc.az. AzNar, an open joint stock company producing juices under brand Grante, is to conduct an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

The Company reports that the meeting will be organized on 31 October in the city of Geychay at the address 120, Natavan Street and will begin at 2 pm. On meeting agenda are issues concerning AzNar Supervisory Board, Financial & Revision Commission, additional (second) issue of shares, approval of newly-edited Charter, organization and legal form, and other matters.
