Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan State Property Management Committee has registered ownership rights on 65,639 real estate objects for Jan-Sept of the year.

Committee’s chairman Kerem Hasanov says that as of 1st October 6,273 state-owned institutions with legal entity status and their 4,626 branches (10,899 together) got registration on 4,625 real estate objects.

“For Jan-Sept 2009 it was made around 63,426 technical passports on institutions and objects. At the same time it was made check acts on 41,597 immovables and issued 45,540 references on restriction of ownership rights for real estate,” Hasanov said.

For this period it was also registered ownership rights for 65,639 real estate objects.

“22,550 of them passed primary and 43,089 repeated registration. Of them 14,141 are private houses and cottages, 25,146 are apartments, 22,400 are land plots, 3,290 are unused areas, 291 are housing estates,” Hasanov said.

The Commiittee also registered 9,936 mortgage loans, and 48.5% of them in the capital.
