Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Parliamentary Committee for Social Policy has considered and offered amendments to a range of legislative acts at the plenary session.

Committee’s chair Khadi Rajabli says that the amendments to the Law on Protection of Child’s Rights, the Family and Labour Codes confirm ban on employment of persons who have not reached the age of 15 and introduce a relevant administrative responsibility for employers.

The amendments to the Labour Code also declare 9 November announced the Day of State Flag as non-working day.
