Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Heinrich Matevin, the chairperson of the Revision Commission of the German Pension Insurance Department, has arrived in Baku for participation in the 11th seminar within series of seminars organized by the above-listed Department in collaboration with the State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan (Azeri acronym: DSMF).

The SSPF reports that the seminar has begun today and is due to last until 19 November.

At the seminar Mr. Matevin will deliver reports on the themes “Revision Commission. Its goals and activity” and “Objectives & Activity of the Federal Insurance Service”.

“Within the visit it is expected to cover issues of partnership between the SSPF and the German Department and study of both countries’ experience on appeared questions,” it was informed.

The co-operation agreement between the Fund and the Department was achieved in the course of the SSPF delegation’s visit to Germany in 2007. Within the framework of the signed agreement the parties are to strengthn their collaboration in 2008-9. So far it has been conducted 5 seminars on various themes in Berlin and 5 ones in Baku.
