SOCAR has 1 bn cu m of free gas
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has at disposal not large free volumes of gas for independent export.
Company’s vice president Elshad Nasirov says that approx. free volume makes about 1 bn cu m.
“It can be larger or less. This amplitude ranges in volume of 500 million cu m. Free volume depends on situation with gas consumption in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Iran, Turkey, on weather in winter season, on technical conditions of oil and gas transportation,” Nasirov emphasized.
