Baku, Fineko/abc.az. A new laboratory has been set up in the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy & Consumer Rights Protection (Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan; MED) has been established to supervise quality of bakery products.

The MED reported that the lab was equipped with the advanced facilities from such producers as Siemens, Varian, Labart, Orka Food, Esco Biotech and companies that passed accreditation in the above-mentioned Committee.

“The lab was created all conditions for analysis of physical-chemical, biological, tocological,   and radiological indicators. Lab’s equipment also allows assessment of other food products,” it was informed.
