Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan (SCSMPA) adopted the standard “Diabetical natural fruit juices”.

The committee informed that  standard AZS 399 “Diabetical natural fruit juices’’ was adopted for the first time in Azerbaijan.

“The standard spreads to the natural juices, made of fruit and berries and added with artificial sweetener,  which are permitted for eating for the people,  suffering from diabetes,” it was informed.

The inscription “Goods are intended for diabetics. Use in compliance with a doctor’s prescription” will be written on the juices, made under standard AZS 399. Period of storing juices – 24 months.
