Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s military procuracy discussed the done works and the set challenges at the Collegiate Organ’s session.

Military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev says that in 2009 it was solved 99.7% of crimes.

“In 2009, compared with 2008, quantity of crimes against military service reduced by 0.9%, against subordination by 11.4%, against draft evasion by 19.9%, crimes on unauthorized quitting of military unit and service by 7.4%,” Veliyev said.

For the reported year military procuracy ensured 74% of payments on caused material damage in the course of investigation on cases. The figure exceeds the 2008 index by 14.3%.
