Baku, Fineko/abc.az. On February 5, the meeting of the Commission on Preparation of Azerbaijan for Membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) chaired by Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development Shakhin Mustafayev will be held in Baku.

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Makhmud Mamedguliyev said that the meeting is connected with preparation of new offers on goods from Azerbaijan party.

“Tomorrow our internal commission will be carried out. New offers will be under discussion there. If they are accepted, we will present them to the WTO Secretariat,” M. Mamedguliyev said.

Azerbaijan owns the status of observer at WTO since 1997 and holds negotiations on full membership over 10 years.
