The Baku Stock Exchange reports that placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the BSE.

The volume of the issue wit state registration AZ100100508P is 11.973 million manats. It will be issued totally 11,973 shares with par value of 1,000 manats. The placement underwriter is Technika Capital Management.
