Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani insurance company Mbask has fixed the date of its shareholders’ extraordinary session.

The company reports that the general meeting scheduled for 11 March 2010 will be conducted at 10 am at the address: 65, Behbudov Str, Baku.

On meeting agenda are issues of approval of Company’s budget for 2010, nomination and discussion of candidates for executive positions, consideration of results of activity in 2009, charter capital increase at the expense of last year’s profit, changes in the Statute on Supervisory Board and Board of Directors.
