Insurance company BE&G doubles equity capital
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. This February the State Securities Committee registered an issue of ordinary registered book-entry shares of insurance company BE&G.
The Committee informs that overall volume of the issue is 1 million manats. Totally 200 shares with par value of 5,000 manats were registered.
BE&G’s equity capital of 1 million manats is to reach 2 million manats following this issue placement.
BE&G was set up in 1998.
