Baku, Fineko/abc.az. CJSC AzNar named after Tayemu Ahmadov has got the right for placement of the second issue of shares.

The Company says that on 30 April the State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of AzNar’s shares. The issue decision was made at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders on 5 March 2010.

“The shares will be placed in period of 17-19 May 2010,” it was reported.

AzNar issued 6,478,081 shares with par value of 2 manats each.
