Baku, Fineko/abc.az In the first quarter State Committee on Property Affairs transferred  AZN 36.6 million to the country’s state budget from privatization of state property.

At the meeting of the Committee Board devoted to the results of the first quarter Chairman of State Committee on Property Affairs of Azerbaijan Kerem Hasanov has reported that in January- March there have been revealed about 100 facts of illegal occupation of the territory in enterprises and facilities, illegal constructions as well as work on reconstruction and building.

Also during this period there  were carried checks in about 30 enterprises and facilities for the presence of state property, its maintenance and efficient usage as well as accrual and payment of dividends to state budget. Balance sheets of 218 joint stock companies and 88 state enterprises were adopted.

" In the first quarter about 28.000 of real estate property was registered in Azerbaijan and 26.000 facilities were subject to inventory ",- K. Hasanov said.
