Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Within the joint " Cadastre and Property Registration " project with Azerbaijani government German Development Bank KfW has revealed a number of problems made in land property privatization period.

In his interview to " Real Property " journal ( official journal of State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan) the project expert Joseph Salukvadze said that in the period of privatization and later years there were made mistakes in delimitation and definition of land plots. These inaccuracies prevent from property rights registration.

" Over the whole passing period the land owners themselves trespassed boundaries and their property form which means violation of privatization

rules ",- J. Salukvadze said.

Under his words both the government and land owners are interested in solution of this problem in a short period.
