Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Leasing company Qafqaz Lizinq is going to raise its authorized capital almost 2.2 times.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan reports that a new shares issue prospect of Qafqaz Lizinq was registered under number AZ100100891P. The Company got the right to issue 1,200 shares with par value of 1,000 manat each.

Full placement of the issue will enable Qafqaz to raise 1.2 million manat. As a result, its share capital will increase from 1.05 million to 2.25 million manat.
