Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Samsung Electronics is preparing for another presentation in Baku.

Jae Hee Chan, head of the Baku-based SE resident office, says that currently they are conducting work on development of a new strategy to combat gray supplies of mobile devices under Samsung brand.

"Earlier this July we intend to announce a new strategy to fight gray supplies of mobile phones. We’re also discussing this strategy with our partners in Azerbaijan. In the fight against gray smuggling the main issue is producer’s co-operation with regional partners," he noted.

SE office’s head points out that the most negative aspect of gray supplies to regional markets is that these cell devices often do not support all the functions offered by Samsung mobile phone models.

"This factor of customers’ dissatisfaction causes the biggest damage to the Company, which can hardly be determined in money equivalent," he said.
