Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Leasing companies of Azerbaijan continue the process of recapitalization.

Baku Stock Exchange reports that Qafqaz Lizinq company’s shares have been included in BSE’s non-quotation list. Their stock placement will start on 28 June.

State Securities Committee has registered the next issue of UniLeasing’s shares with state registration number AZ100100891. The company got a right to draw AZN 1.2 million through the issue of 1.200 shares with par value AZN 1.000 each. The placement underwriter is UniCapital.
