Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Parliament has not received the draft plan for solution of unregistered housing’ legalization problem.

Today at the press conference in Baku Head of Azerbaijani Parliament’s Apparatus Safa Mirzayev reported that legal base should be created in this sphere.

" At present coordinations are underway on this issue , but no specific document was submitted to the Parliament. I think that concessions should be made in places where no damage is caused to other person’s property and if the houses were really built by homeless people. But it should be taken into account that construction under electric, water and other  lines causes danger to citizens’ life and no concessions should be made in such cases. In other cases reasons for illegal construction should be investigated and specific decisions made ",- S. Mirzayev said.
